Chicago’s PAWS Annual Fur Ball

It is not too late to register for the annual fund raiser for PAWS Chicago.

I will not be attending the Fur Ball this year as I will be at a dog training conference and will be out of town.

So for this evening the Drake Hotel will be a Dog-Friendly Hotel.
I have been volunteering at Dog Town which is part of the Chicago PAWS organization; they also have a Kitty City. Have had the opportunity to walk and feed dogs, it has been a very rewarding experience and I have met some great people while helping the animals. Volunteers are a necessary part of keeping Chicago’s PAWS running and to see the smiles as the adoptees leave with their new dog is quite a treat, not to mention how happy the dogs are to be going to their new forever homes.
